RCATF is headquartered in the town of Chillicothe, Ohio and our mission since our inception in 1992 has been to promote HIV and AIDS awareness in Ross and surrounding counties throughout South Central Ohio. RCATF provides education, counseling, and financial support to HIV and AIDS sufferers and to their families.
